Become a 2026 vendor

For more than twenty years, Nanaimo Christmas Village has been part of the season here on the Island. Nearly 2,500 shoppers came through our doors in 2025, and this year thirty vendors will be there to meet them.

Applications for 2026 are open until August 31.

Before you apply

A few things worth knowing before you send your application.

Applications close August 31

We read every application, but we receive far more than we have room for, so a space cannot be guaranteed.

Both days, all day

Vendors must be set up and staffed for the full duration of the market on both Friday and Saturday.

A new venue this year

Our home for the last two seasons is being rebuilt, so Wellington Hall will be our festive home while that is happening.

Load in and set up

Load in times and your table location will be confirmed prior to the event.

Payment

Booth fees are due once your application is accepted. Your space is only held when payment is received.

Photography and promotion

We photograph the market throughout the weekend. Those images, along with any photos you send us, may be used in our marketing.
