2025 Vendor information.
We’re currently looking for vendors to help us make this year’s Nanaimo Christmas Village the best yet. Fill out our 2025 Vendor Application Form to apply for a vendor spot. Please note that due to the high volume of applications we receive, we are not able to guarantee a vendor space. Please know that our team diligently reviews all applications.
Applications are open until June 30. Applicants will be notified by July 4. If there are remaining spaces available, applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis until all spaces are filled. Spaces are only considered confirmed once payment is received.

We are happy to announce that we have once again secured the Cavallotti Lodge for 2025.
We are offering three different vendor booth options. Listed fees are for all three market days. We require all vendors to be at the market for the entire duration of the market.
8ft table (inside) $300
6ft table (inside) $225
10’x10’ outside space $125*
*We offer limited discounted outdoor spots (does not include tent) for $125 each. Your indoor market fee includes:
A 6’ or 8’-foot table and 2 chairs,
Market promotion and the opportunity to be featured on social channels
Free coffee and tea from the kitchen,
And a lunch discount for yourself +1 additional person.

In 2024 we welcomed 2,000+ visitors to the market across all three market days.
Marketing efforts.
As part of the market, we run a comprehensive marketing campaign including social media ads and posting on our channels, posters, direct outreach to senior homes, Vancouver Island University student organizations and community groups. In addition, we send out a press release to targeted local news outlets, radio stations, and list the event on local event listing services.
Volunteer support.
We work with volunteers to ensure a smooth market experience for our vendors and guests. This includes vendor services, guest services, and parking services. If you know of anyone who might be interested in volunteering, please share our information.
