For more than twenty-five years, Nanaimo Christmas Village has been part of the season here on the Island. Nearly 2,500 shoppers came through our doors in 2025, and thirty vendors are joining us this November.

Good to know

A few things worth knowing before applications open.

We read every application

We receive far more applications than we have room for, so a space cannot be guaranteed. Signing up for vendor news does not hold a table.

Both days, all day

Vendors must be set up and staffed for the full duration of the market on both Friday and Saturday.

Load in and set up

Load in times and your table location are confirmed before the market.

Payment

Booth fees are due once your application is accepted. Your space is only held when payment is received.

Photography and promotion

We photograph the market throughout the weekend. Those images, along with any photos you send us, may be used in our marketing.
