PAPERBOOKBINDINGORNAMENTS

A rack of hand-bound notebooks covered in floral and patterned fabric in pinks, greens and cream, each held shut with a coloured elastic

Erica is an illustrator and a bookbinder, working out of a home paper craft studio in Nanaimo. Everything is made by hand and most of it has a streak of humour running through it.

She brings hand-bound journals, planners, sketchbooks, notepads and memo pads, and at Christmas a run of paper ornaments, paper stars and folded paper trees. Stickers, magnets, keychains, pins and origami gift boxes fill in the smaller end.

She is self taught, and she runs paper crafting workshops if you want to try the folding yourself.
