Handmade crochet plushies and accessories
Ellie crochets everything herself in rural Nanaimo. Plushies, keychains and non-scratch dish scrubbies, which she will tell you are scrubbies and not dishcloths.
The detail work is where it shows. The sparkly safety eyes on her loaf cats are hand painted one at a time, the signs and business cards are hand drawn, and she buys her supplies from other Canadian businesses wherever she can. There are baby safe options if you are shopping for someone very small.
She works under supervision. Pebbles and Penny, the cats, and Mochi the dog check every stitch, and remind her to take breaks.
