Whimsical things for children and adults
Amanda is an early childhood educator, and Forest Learning Tools grew out of that. Everything she makes is open ended, so a child decides what it is for rather than the box telling them.
She is bringing mushroom and dinosaur identification discs, counting trays, small world scenes with felted trees and toadstools, moon phase sets and wheel of the year boards. Naturally sourced wood, non-toxic finishes, and every piece painted or burned by hand.
Not all of it is for children. There are acorn and quartz earrings, and plenty of boards that end up on a grown-up’s shelf. She is back with us again this year.
